I did not come to mortgages from a bank. I came from running a photography studio, an insurance agency and a software company, and from rebuilding my own life more than once. I know what it is like to stare at a stack of paperwork and not see the path.

So that is the work. I take your real situation, put it on paper, and show you the way through. I explain the trade-offs out loud. If something is not a fit, I say so. And I am glad to have your planner, your CPA or your attorney on the call, because the best decisions get made when everyone sees the same numbers.

I live and work in Oregon City. When I am not on the phone with a client I am usually behind a camera.
